BCF commissioned to train 93 principals of under-performing schools.

The Free State Department of Education has requested BCF to approach the Lottery to gain funding to turn their worst performing 93 schools to empower their principals to reinvent them to become centres of excellence.

During the 2016 examinations the Free State Department of Education was the province with the best results in South Africa. BCF played a role in this success as we had trained principals and teachers from 277 schools in the Free State.

We submitted the relevant application forms to the Lottery and expect a decision within three months.

93% of learners at the schools BCF trained passed matric with 78% of them gaining a Bachelors (university entrance pass ) or a Diploma (technical university pass).
