• Nobody is ‘too busy’. It is a question of priorities.
• People will trust you if you are consistent in what you say and do.
• I must make decisions when I am in the right mood and likewise must not make promises when I am excited. 
• I must not only listen and talk to people in my free time but must free my time to listen and talk to people.
