In January we launched a series of workshops for head teachers and their school leadership teams. Nine schools attended.
Our next workshop scheduled for the 17th July already has 61 registrations.
Each month the number of participants has steadily increased.
Among the topics we presented to school leadership teams were:
- Presentation skills for school leaders and teachers.
- How to set your management team and teachers on a journey to reinvent your school to become a centre of excellence
- How to create a winning culture at your school.
- How to recruit top teaching talent.
- How to ensure effective communications between school leadership, academic staff, parents and the community.
On the 17th July we will train school leaders and their leadership teams how to utilise four new management skills to lead change at their schools. (We continuously invent new skills which empower managers to become highly effective change leaders who are able to transform the culture at their schools. Each of these skills has been rigorously tested at thousands of schools over the past two years.)
In October we will present our final workshop for the year which provides the knowledge and practical skills to enable the leadership of each school to market their school effectively to attract top teaching talent and enthusiastic parents.
