Every year tens of millions of youth are dumped by failing education systems into the ranks of the uneducated and unemployable.
These young people who have little to lose feel abandoned by their governments and their anger is building. An explosion of seismic proportions, aided and abetted by social media, could blow simultaneously in countries throughout the world at any time.
The world has to look at novel mass training methodologies to replace current technologies which just don’t have the capacity to reinvent education for the masses around the world and ensure that all students succeed at schools and receive consistent, informed and committed parenting.
BCF’s mass training programmes attended by head teachers/principals, teachers and parents of schools attended by over 1.2 million students have empowered head teachers/principals at hundreds of schools and parents to reinvent their schools and homes as centres of excellence.
2016 Matric results for previously under-performing schools trained by BCF in the Free State province of South Africa were as follows
⦁ 27% of schools enjoyed a 100% matric pass rate.
⦁ 93% of learners gained a matric pass.
⦁ 79% of learners gained a Bachelors or Diploma matric pass which permits entrance to a university or technical university.
BCF mass training programmes have the capacity to ensure that every school in entire education districts become a centre of excellence.
You can help the world avoid this impending explosion of anger by starting campaigns to inform philanthropists, chairs of foundations, CSI/CSR managers and the captains of commerce and industry and your local education authority that BCF mass training programmes can play a key role in reversing the annual addition to the ranks of the under-educated unemployable masses who face the reality of never finding a job in your country.
