Mike Pitso speaks of success of his school turnaround strategy

Mike, principal of Rebatla-Thuto Secondary School in South Africa tells of the success his school has achieved since he attended the BCF Outstanding Public Schools Programme. The percentage of learners who passed their matriculation examinations increased from 57% in 2011 to 75% in 2012 and 88% in 2013. In addition, 29% gained a university level pass in 2013. He is a very proud man.
